DIGITAL FABRIC PRINTING · DELHI NCR

From pixel to pallu.

Send us a file. We print it — reactive, pigment or sublimation ink, straight onto cotton, silk, georgette or ten other fabrics. One metre or ten thousand, no screens to burn and no minimum repeat.

REACTIVE — cotton, silk, viscose, rayon
PIGMENT — blends, quick-turn runs
SUBLIMATION — polyester, photographic detail
DIRECT-TO-FABRIC — no plates, no minimums

How we print

Four inks. One press.

The ink we use depends on the fibre, not the design — we'll tell you which one your fabric needs before you pay for the wrong one.

01 / REACTIVE

Reactive Printing

Ink bonds into the fibre itself. Built for cotton, silk, viscose and rayon — colour that survives a hundred washes without fading.

02 / PIGMENT

Pigment Printing

Sits on the surface and cures fast, no steaming needed. The right call for blends and quick-turn runs where speed matters more than hand-feel.

03 / SUBLIMATION

Sublimation Printing

Heat turns ink to gas and drives it into polyester fibre. Photographic detail, and the fabric still feels like fabric.

04 / DIRECT

Direct-to-Fabric

No screens, no plates, no minimum repeat. Every metre on the roll can carry a different design without re-tooling the press.

The run, start to finish

Six stages between your file and your fabric.

01

Fabric preparation

Cloth is inspected, batched and wound onto the press in the width you ordered.

02

Pre-treatment

A coating is applied so the fibre can actually hold the ink instead of letting it bleed at the edges.

03

Digital printing

Your file goes straight to the print head — no screens, no plates, no waiting on a minimum repeat.

04

Steaming & curing

Heat and pressure fix reactive dye into the fibre, or set pigment firmly onto the surface.

05

Washing & finishing

Unfixed dye is washed out, the cloth is dried and finished back to width and hand-feel.

06

Quality control

Every roll is checked for colour match, print registration and flaws before it leaves the floor.

5–7 working days for a standard production run.

48 hours for a sample swatch, before you commit to the full length.
